My Workout Routine
Here is my everyday workout routine except Wednesdays because there is when I do my pamper routine that will be in the  B E A U T Y  page . I love this workout because it is a full body workout and you burn approximately 250 cal 🔥
First we start with a quick cardio warm up and dont forget to stretch before:
The warm up:
- 30 jumping jacks
 - 30 cross jacks
 - 30 star jacks
 - 20 butt kicks
 
The toner:
- 25 squats
 - 20 plié squats
 - 20 lunges with high knees (for each leg)
 - 15 crunches
 - 15 tabletop crunches
 - 15 extended up legs crunches
 - 30 bicycle crunches
 - 20 push ups
 - 1 min wall sit
 - 1 min plank
 - 20 low abs crunches with alternating scissor legs
 - 25 fire hydrants (for each leg)
 - 20 bridges
 - 15 single leg bridges
 - 20 donkey kicks (for each leg)
 
Do you still have energy? 
If yes, then you can repeat everything backwards!
If not:
The cooling down:
- Stretching
 - 5-10 min Yoga with Adriene
